We are a small team of focussed and eager marketers growing a digital agency. We have doubled our client numbers consistently for 3 years and are continuing to do so. Our client base is mostly eCommerce brands.
About the Role
We work across a number of platforms and are looking for a creative, eager individual keen to learn and get their hands dirty. We offer the opportunity to have a high level of responsibility across a number of platforms with growing clients.

Planning, building and managing the highest quality campaigns for clients based on business objectives
Developing relationships with clients and growing their performance and activity.
Client reporting, client account management and client performance trend reporting.
Keeping a close eye on client activities and seeking out and embracing fresh and innovative ideas to meet client requirements
Reporting on overall Digital Marketing program success
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong time-management skills and be able to prioritise workload
1 year search marketing experience – Google or Bing Ads
1 year social media marketing experience – Facebook Business Manager
Preferably experience with further platforms i.e LinkedIn, Pinterest, Amazon, Biddable.
There is quite a lot of “number crunching” involved so the candidate needs to be comfortable using Excel (pivot tables & formulas)
Google Certification would be ideal but not compulsory, we would be willing to support you to gain this certification if needed. Knowledge and experience of Google AdWords, Bing Ads and Google Analytics is essential
Excellent writing, editing and proofing skills
Strong planning and organisational skills
An effective communication manner and a fluid and enthusiastic presentation style
Excellent analytical skills for pulling insights out of datasets
The candidate will report to the Account Director receiving guidance and support when needed, however, it is expected from the candidate to be able to work autonomously and independently on any given task.
