Account Executive 


About Us

Farrer are a small, fast growing Digital Performance Agency on track to achieve 100% growth for the second year running. We work with range of clients in the luxury, ecommerce & direct to consumer scaling their digital returns across paid media channels. As a small team you will have exposure to all areas of the business and be expected to think on your feet with strong opportunities for growth. 


The Role

The Account Executive is a role at Farrer Digital to take ownership of our data, dashboards and reporting. This role will analyse data, generate insights and influence campaign strategy, ensuring our content remains relevant and continues to deliver positive results for our clients. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with the account mangers and company directors to develop efficient dashboards and provide clear visual reporting of our data.
  • Implement campaigns across a range of marketing platforms, mostly Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Analyse raw data and campaign results to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop reports and empower our decision-making process for each campaign.
  • Leverage our data in the correct manner to ensure reporting is accurate.
  • Champion data driven decision making at Farrer to shape the future strategy of our brands.
  • Keep up to date with developments in our sectors including assessment of key competitors.
  • Analyse market trends.



  • Problem solving ability to analyse data and draw insights that will effect change.
  • Push data driven decision making across the business to the core of our client strategy
  • Passion for generating new ideas from these insights to impact campaign performance
  • Experience analysing and reporting Google Analytics data. 
  • Experience setting up campaigns and building ads in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager. 
  • Good mathematical skills and spreadsheet knowledge. 
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
